What we collect
Your email and name (for your account), photos you upload to Remodel Studio, prompts you submit, and the videos/images generated from them. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
How it's used
To run the service: generating your requested content, tracking your credit balance, and processing payments. Uploaded photos and generated results are sent to the AI provider to produce your results.
Storage and retention
Generated media is stored on our hosting provider and automatically deleted after the configured retention window unless you've downloaded it. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Third parties
We share data with services required to run Glimerz: our AI inference provider, payment provider, and cloud hosting/storage provider. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can manage your generated content through the app and can request account deletion by contacting us.
