What we collect
Your email and name (for your account), photos you upload to Remodel Studio, prompts you submit, and the videos/images generated from them. Payment is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your card number.
How it's used
To run the service: generating your requested content, tracking your credit balance, and processing payments. Uploaded photos and generated results are sent to the AI provider (currently Hugging Face Inference Providers) to produce your results.
Storage and retention
Generated media is stored on our hosting provider and automatically deleted after a retention window (currently 30 days) unless you've downloaded it. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Third parties
We share data with the services required to run Glimerz: our AI inference provider (to generate your content), Lemon Squeezy (to process payments), and our cloud hosting/storage provider. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can delete generated content at any time by not downloading it before the retention window ends, and can request account deletion by contacting us.
