1. Using Glimerz
By creating an account and using Glimerz, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
2. Credits and billing
Generations are paid for with credits, purchased in packs through Lemon Squeezy. Credits do not expire. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; Glimerz does not store your card details. Credits are non-refundable once spent on a completed generation, but a failed generation automatically refunds the credits it would have cost.
3. Content you submit
You're responsible for any photo, prompt, or other content you upload or submit. Don't submit content you don't have the rights to use, or content that's illegal, infringing, or depicts real people without their consent.
4. AI-generated output
Generated videos and images are produced by third-party AI models. Output quality, accuracy, and style can vary and aren't guaranteed. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before using it publicly or commercially.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Glimerz to generate content that's illegal, harassing, or intended to deceive (e.g. non-consensual imagery of real people, misinformation presented as real footage). Accounts used this way may be suspended.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
